Sudu Cuisine
Sudu features a strong emphasis on Malaysian food favourites, international offerings and modern European healthy cuisine. There is an incredible selection of hot and cold appetisers from the buffet. Choose from a vast range of 'sets', with main courses delivered to your table. In Sudu the Asian dishes focus more on local food items including Malay, Indian and Chinese. The famous Hilton breakfast is also one of our specialities.
Sudu invites your favourite local hawker stall owners as guest chefs to bring you a truly authentic taste experience, presented on white, black or glass platters, in jars and bottles. The Sudu's famous never-ending brunch available on Sunday. From 11.30am the food evolves, with more Western items and slightly more upmarket than during the week.
A strong focus on service will be a feature of Sudu, from your arrival experience of breakfast orange juice to fruit juices and wine by the glass. The wine selection concentrates on lighter, more elegant styles, with soft reds with rounded tannin structures and light, crisp, aromatic whites to marry with the cuisine being served. |
