Background of Chef Lam
Chef Lam Hock Hin is the Executive Chinese Chef of Chynna, the fine-dining Chinese restaurant at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur and he is a well-known personality on the Malaysian fine dining scene.
Lam is involved in planning and executing menus and day-to-day running of the restaurant, as well as providing support to Chinese banquet kitchen. Lam first worked for the Hilton group in 2000 when he joined the then Seremban Hilton before he was headhuntered to work at the Hilton Beijing two years later. He joined the Hilton Kuala Lumpur in July 2004, where he was involved in staff recruitment, menu planning and organizing the kitchen
