The French Pastry Chef
Our French Pastry Chef, Chef Benoit Chargy has created some exciting new styles of flans, gateaux, miniature cakes and pastries. We will have a modular display counter for his innovative selection of breads, Danish pastries and other assorted savoury items. A dedicated chocolate counter will house our home-made selection and will have jars filled with retro candies, sweets and biscuits on the countertop.
The menu will also offer a selection of ice cream and sundaes as an after-dinner sweet temptation.
The cold savoury counter is filled with everything from ready-made sandwiches to sushi and antipasto items that can be enjoyed all day. The Caffè Cino evening service includes tapas-style dishes for those who prefer a light meal and is available in Vintage Bank and the Cosmo Lobby Lounge. |
